Yes, you can make changes to an existing order, but because our warehouse team moves quickly, emails or messages may not be seen in time before your order ships. The best way to request a change is through our Hold Order Request page.
By placing your order on hold, you’ll give our crew a chance to make adjustments before it leaves the warehouse. Common changes include:
Adding or swapping items
Updating quantities
Changing your shipping address
Changing your shipping method
Once the changes are made, we’ll send you an updated invoice or confirmation.
