What does 'Stock In Transit' mean?Updated 2 months ago

Some items have a 1-2 day, or 3-6 day stock transfer time. This means after ordering we need to order it in from an external warehouse and then ship it to you. If your order status is "Stock In Transit" this means we have ordered it in and should ship within the timeframe stated on the product. Bulky items may be on the longer end of the estimate.

We have loads of items arriving at our Headquarters in Woolloongabba from multiple warehouses every single day, so no need to stress about it- It's our bread and butter!
