What is your policy on shipments requiring a signature upon delivery?Updated 10 hours ago

Currently, we are not able to mark shipments as “signature required” from our end. Delivery preferences, including signature on delivery, are carrier-dependent and may be selectable when you receive tracking updates from the courier.

To help avoid issues such as missed deliveries or theft:

  • We recommend using a secure delivery address (such as your workplace or somewhere someone will be present).

  • Where available, use the delivery options provided by the carrier (e.g. request signature, redirect to a collection point, or schedule redelivery).

If you have specific concerns about your order, feel free to contact our team and we’ll do our best to guide you based on the carrier handling your shipment.
