What should I do if my helmet doesn't fit properly?Updated 10 hours ago
Getting the right helmet fit is crucial for both comfort and safety. Most helmets are built in shell sizes and come with different thicknesses of padding to fine-tune the fit.
Try swapping pads: If your helmet feels a bit too snug or too loose, you can request different padding sizes. This often solves small fit issues.
Consider sizing up or down: If padding adjustments don’t fix the problem, the best option is to exchange your helmet for the next size up or down.
Measure your head: To help us recommend the right fit from the start, use a soft tape measure around the widest part of your head (just above your eyebrows and ears). This will make it easier to match you to the correct helmet size or padding set.
A helmet should feel snug but not uncomfortably tight—secure enough that it doesn’t shift around when you move your head.
