We strive to get all orders out as soon as humanly possible- The boys in the warehouse basically live on energy drinks!

Items labeled "In Stock" are in our main warehouse (Woolloongabba-LUXBMX Store) and will be dispatched ASAP.

If a product states "Add To Cart: Leaves Store in 1-2 Business Days" or "Add To Cart: Leaves Store in 3-6 Business Days" - This means it will take that amount of time to transfer from an external warehouse to our headquarters in Woolloongabba (LUXBMX Store). Once your items arrive here they will be dispatched to you quick smart!

When ordering multiple items both in stock and with handling times, your order will ship once everything has arrived- so keep this in mind if you have a bigger order.

We have loads of items arriving at our Headquarters in Woolloongabba from multiple warehouses every single day, so no need to stress about it- It's our bread and butter!

Some items that require assembly (custom wheels, bikes that need boxing, etc) will typically be shipped within 1 - 2 business days.
