Why has my tracking stopped or been delayed?Updated 2 years ago

We have been informed by Australia Post that there may be a reduction in the number of scan events over the course of delivery of your parcel. Tracking info may not be as detailed while Australia Post and our courier partners work their hardest to get through the massive amount of freight being sent around the country. This does not mean that your package has stopped moving, simply that it hasn't been scanned at as many places along the way to speed up the delivery process. We totally understand that this may be an inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this time. We hope things get back to normal soon too!
